Grahamdale Community Development Corporation (CDC)
The Grahamdale Community Development Corporation (CDC) is a community-based group that supports projects, ideas, and partnerships that help strengthen the R.M. of Grahamdale.
The CDC works on things that help improve quality of life, support local business, encourage growth, and build stronger communities across the municipality.
What the CDC Does
The CDC helps support work that can move our communities forward, including:
- promoting local opportunities

- helping improve services and amenities
- encouraging population and business growth
- working with residents, groups, and partners on local priorities
In simple terms, the CDC helps turn local ideas into action.
2025/2026 Strategic Plan
In 2025, the CDC and RM started a community-based strategic planning process to help set a clearer direction for the future.
This was not just a plan made by council or office staff. Residents, businesses, organizations, and community partners from across the R.M. of Grahamdale took part in the sessions and helped shape the final priorities.
The plan helps guide what the CDC and RM will focus on going forward.
